Remove author name, date, last updated, pdf, print, e-mail icons

On simpler sites you may want to hide the Author name, date, last updated or the PDF, print, and e-mail icons on each Article. Content >> Article Manager >> Parameters button You might want to remove the author name and date above each Article. The icons for PDF, print, and e-mail can also be globally hidden. Most of the Article Global Settings can be overridden in each Article. The Global settings should be set the way you want things most of the time.
