Many users are probably going to stay with 1.0.x until their favorite extensions are available for 1.5, but you might want to install joomla 1.5 in a sub-directory to check it out.

For the time being I wil continue to install Joomla 1.0.13, but if you want to use Joomla 1.5 instead just let me know.

Joomla 1.5 is definitely an improvement over 1.0.x.
Joomla 1.5 is overall a more elegant and user friendly CMS.
There has been some menu re-organization, but not enough to be disorienting.

If you want to migrate your site to Joomla 1.5 please write me for a quote.
(it depends on the complexity of the site and any customizaton work you may have done)
