The article id numbers are on the right side, (not the left side) of the Article Manager.


Itemid=5 is the menu id (if a menu item is associated)

id=3 is the article id

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3&Itemid=5

if no menu item associated then leave out Itemid

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3
