Joomla and Duplicate Content
Using the PDF, Print and E-mail icons creates duplicate content.
This is not specific to Joomla, but any site that provides links to the same content, but in a different format.
These icons can be disabled globally or per content Article.

Same Meta Tags for all pages
The Description and Keywords Meta Tags should be specific for each page.
Leave the Global Site Meta Description and Global Site Meta Keywords fields empty in Global Configuration.
Enter the Description and Keywords separately for each Article using the Metadata Information fields
in Article edit mode.
