This is a problem with Joomla 3.2.3 only.
No action need be taken.
This will be fixed in next release.
If you want to fix this edit the entry `version_id` in the table #__schemas from 3.2.3-2014-02-20 to 3.2.3. (only recommended for experts).
Database schema version (3.2.3-2014-02-20) does not match CMS version (3.2.3).
